Engineering Overview: Senior Rust Peer-to-Peer QUIC Networking Engineer (Iroh / Quinn)
Iroh establishes direct low-latency QUIC connections across symmetric NATs using custom STUN/ICE state machines and zero-copy BLAKE3 Merkle tree verification. Co-maintain the `quinn` crate, optimize multipath QUIC handshakes, and scale global relay servers.

- Eliminate mutex contention and unnecessary serialization copies across internal RPC and storage boundaries.
- Collaborate asynchronously with senior systems architects across Worldwide Remote.
Qualifications & Total Rewards
- Proven systems engineering background in Rust, including deep knowledge of libp2p, rustls, Tokio.
- Ability to reason from first principles about CPU cache lines, I/O bandwidth, and distributed consensus trade-offs.
